We are happy to accept unopened, unused kits for a refund.  Due to the nature of this product and the possibility it may have been in a healthcare setting, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Returned kits cannot be restocked due to the possibility that the items may have been inside a healthcare environment.
